Every year thousands of people in Canada, the US, and the UK vote for and review their favourite service providers in a variety of categories … including dentistry!
Known as the Top Choice Awards, this annual event serves two purposes: to help consumers make educated decisions about their choices when looking for a new service provider, and to help service providers improve customer satisfaction levels by learning from the comments made throughout the survey. As local Aurora dentists, we were honoured to once again be nominated for the 2019 awards in the Top Choice Dental Clinic in Aurora/Newmarket category.
Nomination Process:
Throughout the months of February to October, nominations were accepted via the Top Choice website, email, social media outlets, and call centre.
Qualification Process:
After receiving a minimum of 25 nominations, each contender moves on to the qualification process, where their reputation and customer satisfaction rating is assessed – sometimes by a business review specialist.
Voting: NOW OPEN until January 2, 2019!
